Add a note if you like, or just keep going. 2. **Invite your partner.** Share your household's invite code. Your partner types it in and pulls up a chair. 3. **See the same numbers.** Both phones show the same entries and the same totals. Fewer “did you pay the vet?” texts. ## Wait, whose coffee was that? **Yours, until you say otherwise.** Everyone gets a personal space. The shared household holds up to two people, and both of you see everything in it. - **Yours** (only you): Your personal space. Private by default. - **Ours** (both of you): The shared household. Same entries on both phones. - **Theirs** (only them): Your partner's personal space. Not yours to peek at. Personal records stay private unless you move them into the shared household. A surprise gift stays a surprise. ## Paid in dollars on holiday? **Enter it in dollars.** Auna converts it to your household's currency with that day's rate, so the totals still add up at home. - Rates come from the free Frankfurter service, for the date of the entry. - The request carries two currency codes and a date. Never your amounts, never your notes. - Rates are kept on your phone once they arrive. ## Who else is at the table? **Your numbers stay yours.** There are no analytics inside Auna, and its [ads](http://localhost:4321/privacy.md#ads) never get your amounts, notes, names or email. When the app fails, it sends a [crash report](http://localhost:4321/privacy.md#crash-reports) to Sentry with technical details about the error and your phone. Your data stays in a database on your phone, and nothing is sent to Auna's server. - **Google only says it's you.** Sign in only to sync between phones. Auna gets your name, email and profile photo link. Never your Gmail, contacts, files or password. - **Ads without your numbers.** Ads come from Google, which never gets your amounts, notes, names or email. In Europe, you choose whether they are personalized. - **A backup that stays home.** Save a backup file of your personal expenses wherever you choose.
